- Achieve the Business results (Order Intake, Revenue and Profitability) for assigned territory and direct customers.
- Create territory, distributor and key customer business growth plan and drive the actions to achieve business results.
- Identify the gaps in geographical coverage and segment coverage and create plans to improve the network coverage and segment growth.
- Drive distributor sales and service engineers' activities with identified distributor key accounts.
- Identify and generate the new business opportunities in terms of new products, new applications, new customers.
- Implement SKF segment/customer strategy and Key processes like Funnel& Visit Management, Key account management and territory management through CRM tool.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive information to management.
- Demonstrate and drive compliance to company code of conduct, ethics, policies & statuary & legal requirements.
- Develop relationship in customer organization to strengthen SKF businesses and preferences.

- Ability to create the value proposals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, networking and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
