Job Description Deploy ESG commitments into organization policies and processes to address concerns and further sustainability goals Create processes for adherence to regulatory compliance, report risks related to sustainability Report best practices and prepare sustainability reports to ensure compliance and governance Develop internal networks to implement practices and track key performance indicators Identify gaps and adopt appropriate educational initiatives for upskilling and/or sourcing the missing capabilities Explore emerging sustainability technologies, solutions and practices. Test the applicability and learn from experiments. Scale-up adoption in the broader organization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Marketing, Environmental Science, Sustainability Studies or Business Administration with a focus on Sustainability Master's degree in a related field would be advantageous 8 to 10 years of experience in Marketing or working with an NGO on sustainability, environmental management or related fields High level of interest in Sustainability topics and experience in interacting with external rating agencies Project management, preferably in corporate sustainability, with success in aligning business goals with ESG objectives
