Voyage Manager

• Manage owned and chartered vessels

• Plan and execute voyages (cargo, routing, fuel management)

• Issue instructions to vessels, brokers, and owners

• Administer voyages as per charter party terms

• Handle cargo, vessel, and commercial claims

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Coordinate with charterers, traders, and internal teams

• Optimize cost and voyage efficiency

• Monitor vessel operations and ensure smooth execution

• Maintain stakeholder communication and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine / Nautical Science or related field

• Experience in voyage management / shipping operations

• Sailing exposure on tankers

• Strong knowledge of charter parties & post-fixture operations

• Understanding of maritime regulations (MARPOL, SOLAS, STCW)

• Familiarity with industry practices and standards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously
