- Manage and enhance HR tech platforms across Talent, Learning, and Recruitment systems.
- Drive vendor performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, audits, and effective escalation management.
- Lead Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, and JIRA governance.
- Support HR transformation programs, system integrations, and advanced reporting initiatives.
- Oversee incident management processes, tracking KPIs and improving employee experience.
- Lead and mentor a small team, focusing on cross-skilling, knowledge sharing, and contingency planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leaders on HR technology strategy and best practices.
- Expertise in Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong knowledge of Workday and HRIS platforms.
- Experience in HR tech implementation, service delivery, and process optimization.
- Vendor management and audit/review leadership.
- Familiarity with agile ways of working (JIRA, sprints, backlog management).
