Job Summary: As a Territory Manager at Vista's Learning, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business within your assigned territory. You will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue, build strong relationships with educational institutions, and represent Vista's Learning as a trusted partner in the Ed-Tech space. This role requires a self- motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for education and technology. Key Responsibilities: Territory Management: Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. Identify key markets, customer segments, and potential opportunities within the territory. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about the education technology landscape. Sales and Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Vistas Learning solutions and their benefits to educators and decision-makers. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to expand the companys customer base. Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and assistance. Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product development team for continuous improvement. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner. Marketing and Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities within the territory. Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads. Utilize social media and other digital channels to engage with potential customers and drive interest in Vistas Learning products. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends for management review. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Proven track record in sales and business development. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the education sector and technology trends. Strong Leadership Skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
