Job Description:1. Sales & Business DevelopmentAchieve sales targets and profitability goals for the assigned EBOs.Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue per store.Monitor KPIs like footfall, conversion, and average bill value.2. Store Operations ManagementEnsure smooth day-to-day operations of EBOs.Maintain stock availability, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention measures.Oversee VM (Visual Merchandising) as per brand guidelines.Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance across stores.3. Customer ExperienceDrive best-in-class customer service standards.Implement customer engagement and loyalty programs.Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.4. Team ManagementRecruit, train, and mentor store staff.Drive performance through motivation, recognition, and development.Ensure team adherence to grooming and brand representation standards.5. Business Reporting & AnalysisTrack store performance through MIS and provide insights.Analyze market trends and competition to suggest improvements.Prepare business reviews and present to leadership.6. Expansion & ProjectsSupport in identifying new EBO locations and store launches.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, VM).
