- Focus on builder funding up to ₹15 Cr.
- Drive business through both direct builder engagement and DSA channels.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a builder database and DSA network.
- Regularly review deal pipeline and conversion ratios.
- Act as the escalation point for key accounts and issues.
- Liaise with product, credit, and legal teams to structure viable proposals.
- Conduct regular training for DSAs.
- Team handling, channel development, and builder relationship management.
- In-depth knowledge of builder funding and LAP products.
- Strong leadership and analytical decision-making abilities.
