The mission of our Integration Team is to enable the next generation of safe and secure global money movement, powered by Xoom's partner network. Today, we manage 100 different 3rd party integrations, providing services such as mobile wallet, bank deposit, bill payment, reload and cash delivery, globally, with services extending to over 150 countries. Job Description: In your day-to-day role, you will: Collaborate with Business Development, Commercial and Finance to identify and define integration opportunities. Develop comprehensive documentation to guide engineering and support the integration process. Identify and resolve integration challenges, technical issues, and roadblocks that may arise during the integration process or after the integration is live in production. Communicate integration progress, and challenges with Sr Level audiences. Conduct operational tests and integration validations to ensure end-to-end functionality before the integration goes live to production. Enable promotional content across all available channels (site, app, email, push notifications, in-app notifications) to heighten discoverability of new or improved integration services. Monitor and enhance integration performance to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and identify improvement opportunities to achieve optimal results. What do you need to bring: 3+ years' experience in managing end-to-end integration projects, from requirements gathering to implementation. Strong understanding of API integrations. Basic knowledge of tool management platforms such as Amplitude, Tableau, or similar tools for analytics and reporting. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently. Basic knowledge of Jira or similar platforms for project tracking and collaboration. Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create and maintain integration specifications, process flows, and technical documentation. Language requirement: Proficient (B2: Upper-Intermediate) in both written and spoken English. We kindly request that your resume be submitted in English, preferably.
