- Responsible for end-to-end Statutory Compliances, should be well versed with monthly/Annual remittances in Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act 1970 etc., The Apprentice Act 1961 etc, and other HR and Labor Compliance
- Responsible for implementation of Contract Labor Management System.
- Responsible for Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme and manage all tasks related to Apprentice’s from their joining to exit. (Approvals, registration, and other regulatory compliances)
- Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
- Knowledge of labor legislation and handling administration of all contract labour Audits
- Preparing and submitting all relevant letters/documents as per the requirement in consultation with the management under various labour act and apprentice act
- Manage operational activities as preparation of letters, notices etc
- Any other HR operation related tasks
- Bachelor’s degree / Post Grad in business or HR related discipline preferred
- Preference will be given for those with HR Specialization
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR Compliance and Labor law
- Preferred experience includes working in:
- Big 4 /professional services or large corporate environment
- Strong excel and data analytics
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams
- Ability to be successful in a virtual team environment, with limited supervision
