  • Research the market to find potential clients and trends in dredging. Assess competitors to spot opportunities for standing out.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Connect with potential clients at events and maintain current relationships for ongoing business.
Proposal Development:
  • Work with experts to craft proposals that meet client needs. Present the company's strengths and successes to prospects.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Create sales plans in line with company goals and track the sales process to close deals effectively.
Marketing Initiatives:
  • Help create marketing content and lead generation campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams.
Technical Reporting:
  • Monitor sales metrics and gather market feedback to guide business strategies.
Digital Mindset:
  • Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
Key Stakeholders - Internal:Lead - Sales & MarketingOther Departments - SPOCsKey Stakeholders - External:Client SPOCsQualifications:Education Qualification:BE/Btech , ME/M.TECH/MBAWork Experience (Range of years):3-10 years of relevant experience with min. 3 yrs experience in Logistics industry (prefferable)
