Maintain detailed records of materials, labor, and equipment used for billing purposes. Rate Analysis Conduct thorough rate analysis for materials and services to ensure cost-effectiveness. Stay updated on market trends and pricing to optimize project budgets. Tender Filing Manage the end-to-end tender filing process, including documentation, submission, and follow-up. Collaborate with procurement teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions Site Work Plan Utilize expertise in site work planning to develop comprehensive schedules. Coordinate with different teams to align activities and resources effectively. Quality Control Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
