- As a member of the Regional Center of Expertise (CoE) for Total Rewards, work with the Associate Director, Total Rewards APAC, CEEI & META in building the strategy, design, plan, and facilitate implementation of Total Compensation and Benefits in the identified countries so as to address business challenges; drive consistency of total rewards practices with global direction, with appropriate customization for local delivery.
- Responsible for the execution of the global compensation & benefits strategy for the identified countries of the APAC/META/CEEI region. Involved in design of regional/local solutions adapted to the business needs and local legal requirements, and consistent with our strategy.
- Responsible for developing local benefits policies. Adequate understanding on general benefit programs is expected in order to support countries in design, development and implementation of benefits and ensure competitiveness through the on-going assessment of benefit programs.
- Work with the countries to implement consistent job evaluation framework – should have good knowledge of evaluation frameworks preferably Mercer.
- Provides day to day operational support to existing processes at the direction of Associate Director, Total Rewards APAC, CEEI & META.
- Implement use of process analysis and documentation methodologies, tools and standards.
- Analyze compensation and incentive programs and policies to ensure market competitiveness. Participate in implementation activities.
- Maintain documentation of global compensation plan information.
- Develop and maintain strong working partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Leverage technology appropriately to improve service levels and efficiency.
- Research and resolve issues/inquiries related to the plans, processes and tools involved in compensation.
- Participate in functional reviews. Analyze market data to price jobs (including incentives and stock options), conduct impact analysis, and develop recommendations/ action plans.
- Support global/regional programs such as Annual Compensation Review (ACR), market survey participation and benchmarking, sales incentive design and other processes as necessary.
- Proactively monitor and make recommendations based on knowledge of industry standards, competitive landscape, benchmarking data, and service methodologies and models.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- A solid experience in compensation and benefits.
