- HSE Systems Development and Compliance
- Assist in Formulation and Enhancement of HSE Systems
- Aid in the development and improvement of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems to comply with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards.
- Ensure HSE systems meet all statutory requirements and client expectations.
- Aid in Executing HSE Strategy
- Support the implementation of the HSE strategy for the project.
- Ensure the HSE strategy aligns with organizational and project objectives.
- Risk Identification and Evaluation
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with workplace activities.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments in collaboration with the team.
- Management of Change (MoC)
- Ensure proper implementation of the Management of Change (MoC) process for all modifications.
- Compliance with Safety Regulations
- Ensure adherence to statutory and client safety regulations.
- Ensure strict adherence to PTW (Permit to Work) guidelines for all maintenance and production activities requiring permits.
- Conduct Safety Inspections and Audits
- Carry out regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate Accidents/Incidents
- Investigate accidents and incidents, performing root cause analysis.
- Develop corrective measures and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
- SHE Guidelines Training
- Educate employees on Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) guidelines through regular training sessions.
- Foster a culture of safety, ensuring employees follow SHE rules and actively report unsafe observations, conditions, and near misses.
- Collaborate on Sustainability Initiatives
- Collaborate with the team to meet sustainability targets, including reductions in energy consumption, water usage, and waste generation.
- Prepare and Update SOPs
- Prepare and update Safety Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they are current and effective.
- Identify potential hazards and establish preventive measures.
- Maintain Accurate Records
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for safety operations and procedures.
- Calculate and Report Safety Statistics
