- This is a senior IC role ( field sales), directly reporting to the India Sales Head
- Candidate should come with minimum 10+ years of sales experience
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and engage with key clients, enterprises, and channel partners in the cybersecurity space.
- Drive new business development and expand existing accounts to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to enhance customer engagement and product positioning.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity threats to inform sales strategies.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, setting performance metrics and ensuring targets are met.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on performance metrics.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand presence.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in cybersecurity or IT solutions.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, products, and services.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
