Awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy and model appropriate to the role.Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust, scalable applications Java/Spring Boot (Backend).
- Build and maintain APIs and services that support high availability and performance.
- Develop, deploy, and monitor applications on AWS infrastructure using services like EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
- Participate in architecture discussions and drive technical decisions for the platform.
- Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Work in Agile/Scrum development cycles and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps efforts using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues across the stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Have good sense on IT development process, manage delivery quality, collaborate with peers & cross
- 9+ years of professional experience in Java/SpringBoot development.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud services (ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Strong understanding of modern web development, responsive design, and browser compatibility.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools and practices.
- Version control using Git and collaborative development using platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
