Head – Finance & Accounts | Opportunity with a growth stage pharma companyWe are looking for a seasoned finance and accounts professional to lead the end-to-end finance and accounting of the organization. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical accounting expertise with strategic financial acumen, and a demonstrated ability to build and enforce robust cost control frameworks.Key Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations including books closure, financial reporting, statutory and regulatory compliance (GST, TDS, MCA, etc.), and audit management.

Design, implement, and monitor strict cost control mechanisms across procurement, operations, and overheads; flag variances and drive accountability.

Own internal controls and SOPs around billing, payments, vendor management, and credit policies.

Lead MIS reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support management decision-making.

Ensure compliance with pharma-sector regulatory requirements including pricing norms (NPPA/DPCO) and applicable industry-specific filings

Partner with the leadership team on working capital management and any fund-raising or banking relationships.

RequirementsCandidate Profile: 12+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably within pharma, FMCG, or consumer healthcare. Experience in both operational finance and strategic financial management, with a track record of implementing cost discipline in a growth-stage or mid-sized organization will be preferred.Location: Bengaluru
