Manager for Gujarat LocationJob Description :- Approach HVAC Consultants/Civil Architects for approval of Products.- Gather details of Projects where our products are specified from HVAC Consultants and Architects.- Approach HVAC applicators to gather details of projects and potential orders.- Achieve sales and collection targets on a monthly basis.- Identify new markets and applications for business growth.- Develop sales forecasting and monthly sales/collection plans.- Coordinate with sales coordinator for supply fulfillment.- Build and maintain a customer database at the application/product level.- Gather and provide relevant feedback on customer needs and requirements regarding products and services.- Address customer complaints and follow up with factories for resolution.- Collaborate with business development engineers for new business conversion.- Identify and recommend new distributors to improve market reach and distribution.- Conduct product demos and presentations to customers.- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals.- Manage relationships with customers at the operating level.- Collect statutory forms as required.- Follow up on payments and collections.- Adhere to reporting systems.- Participate in exhibitions for sales and promotion.Skills Required :- Strong sales acumen with self-confidence and clear communication skills.- Proficient in dealer management and expanding territory.- Presentable appearance with good body language and verbal communication skills.
