Our client is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive with at least 6 years of experience in luxury and dealing with HNI clients. They should be proficient in communication (verbal/written) and experience in hospitality would be preferred. Job Responsibilities Attending to all client phonecall, enquiries received from newspaper inserts, references, newspaper ads or marketing activities Validation of client information as per our criteria and recording of the same in internal databases Fix appointments of the clients for the experience centre visits. Meet and greet them once they visit Be the intermediary between them and design teams for initial requirements Post the initial conversation, schedule and coordinate the meetings with the client. Give a tour of the experience centre if needed Follow up with the client and reschedule in case another visit is needed and give heads-up to internal teams regarding the same Keep a record and maintain the data of all the meetings and visits in a diligent manner Mandatory Requirements Proven record in handling HNI clients in luxury sector for 6-10 years Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience in client servicing Must have attention to detail Qualities Interpersonal skills Excellent Communication Passion and dedication Good Listener Eligibility Criteria 6-10 years of experience in luxury and dealing with HNI clients. A bachelor's degree in marketing/any other domain. Basic knowledge of any ERP system.
