Cloudcraftz is looking to expand its engineering team. We are looking for engineers, who know how to build large-scale applications using best practices prevailing in the industry. You will be involved in building web/mobile/conversational applications for Fintech, HealthCare, Retail industry using the latest technologies. Responsibilities: - Build customer facing digital experience for global customers - Write clean, well-designed code (build efficient, testable, and reusable code). - Manage the code and project on Git in order to keep in sync with other team members - Ensure security guidelines are always followed while developing the application - Maintaining software through product lifecycle including design, development, verification, and bug fixes. - Create/contribute to detailed sprint plans and manage the work allocation of self and development teams. - 70-80% of the time will be spent on coding and the remaining time will be spent on guiding junior team members and working along with other team members to synchronize on requirements for the task at hand. Essential Requirements: - Hands-on experience in developing scalable Web or mobile applications (Min 3 project experience) - Expertise in building cross-platform applications with Dart/Flutter - Hands-on experience in Python/Java in backend web development with Django/FastAPI/Micronaut. - Exceptions can be made if you're really good at any other language with experience in building web/app-based tech products - Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, MySQL - Familiarity with GCP services having experience with Firebase, Cloud Run, Cloud Engine, Cloud Storage etc. - Knowledge of modern authorisation mechanisms, such as JWT - Excellent command over Data Structures and Algorithms with experience in software engineering and product delivery - Deep understanding of Software Development methodologies, delivery framework - Experience with testing platforms and writing unit tests - Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies Required Experience and Qualifications : Minimum Experience : 4 years Maximum Experience : 7 years Educational Qualification doesn't matter as long as you are a great programmer.
