The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, while upholding the highest standards of honesty and integrity.Requirements:Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision: Conduct regular inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to safety regulations.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the management team, project manager, project engineer, and subcontractors to ensure all project specifications are achieved.
Technical Support: Follow established processes and methodologies while supporting the construction team in resolving on-site issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records including daily reports, material usage, and labor attendance.
Quality Control: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe workplace through regular training and monitoring.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree (DCE / BE) in Civil Engineering or related field.
2-3 years of experience in residential building construction.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulatory standards.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
