
DevOps Engineer - Environment Management (Remote - India)

- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity and Bitbucket.
- Provision and manage test environments to ensure QA and UAT teams have the resources needed for validation.
- Troubleshoot build failures and deployment issues to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
- Maintain version control strategies, including branching and merging processes.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure all environments are deployment-ready.
- Document environment configurations, workflows, and deployment procedures for knowledge sharing and consistency.
- 5–7 years of experience in DevOps or environment management roles.
- Proven hands-on expertise with TeamCity, Bitbucket, and Git.
- Basic scripting skills with Shell or Python for automation.
- Exposure to containerization tools, preferably Docker.
- Strong understanding of software testing workflows and environment dependencies.
- Experience in the insurance domain is an advantage.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, team collaboration, and communication abilities.
