We are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer - Environment Management in India.As a DevOps Engineer specializing in Environment Management, you will play a critical role in enabling smooth software delivery by managing CI/CD pipelines, provisioning test environments, and ensuring deployment readiness. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and has a strong foundation in build and release processes. You will work closely with development and QA teams to streamline workflows, troubleshoot deployment issues, and maintain efficient environment configurations. With a focus on automation and process improvement, this position offers the opportunity to directly impact the stability and scalability of critical applications while driving continuous improvement across engineering operations.Accountabilities

Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity and Bitbucket.
Provision and manage test environments to ensure QA and UAT teams have the resources needed for validation.
Troubleshoot build failures and deployment issues to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
Maintain version control strategies, including branching and merging processes.
Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure all environments are deployment-ready.
Document environment configurations, workflows, and deployment procedures for knowledge sharing and consistency.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in DevOps or environment management roles.
Proven hands-on expertise with TeamCity, Bitbucket, and Git.
Basic scripting skills with Shell or Python for automation.
Exposure to containerization tools, preferably Docker.
Strong understanding of software testing workflows and environment dependencies.
Experience in the insurance domain is an advantage.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, team collaboration, and communication abilities.
