Drive and facilitate uniform customer experience excellence agenda across formats.
"Drive and facilitate target achievement of:
-Post-paid RGA
-Acq. Churn & T4M Retention
-Base upgrade revenue
-VIBS (non-mobility revenue)

Drive Channel Profitability [LFS/ SFS] by reduced OPEX and by building new lines of business.

"Improve on people and channel retention.

Drive Digital to meet changing business processes in line with organization strategy.
