- Design and implement the annual learning & development plan in alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) through performance appraisals, skill assessments, and departmental inputs.
- Identify competency gaps and design relevant programs for technical, behavioral, and leadership skills.
- Develop training calendars and ensure timely execution across all levels of employees.
- Develop content, training modules, and e-learning materials in collaboration with internal and external trainers.
- Facilitate in-house workshops and coordinate with external agencies for specialized training programs.
- Introduce innovative learning methods such as simulations, case studies, and digital learning tools.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Support management in identifying high-potential employees for succession and leadership programs.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and functional heads to build career development frameworks.
- Implement programs for supervisory and managerial skill enhancement.
- Align L&D initiatives with the Performance Management System (PMS) and career progression plans.
- Recommend development plans based on performance evaluations and feedback.
- Track post-training impact through feedback surveys and on-the-job performance improvement metrics.
- Maintain all training-related documentation as per ISO and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with training mandates under the Factories Act and other applicable laws.
- Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports on training hours, participation, and effectiveness.
- Promote a continuous learning culture within the organization through communication and recognition programs.
- Organize knowledge-sharing sessions, technical talks, and mentorship initiatives.
- Coordinate employee development activities in collaboration with other HR functions.
- Maintain and update training dashboards and databases.
- Track department-wise and individual training completion status.
- Prepare reports for management review and audits.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Expertise in training design, TNA, and impact assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and e-learning tools.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong project management abilities.
- Master’s in Human Resource Management / Social Welfare / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.
- Professional certifications in Learning & Development / Training (preferred).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
