π° Compensation: Competitive package + minimum base social insurance contributionβ¨ What Youβll Do:π Develop and expand sales channels through online platforms and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
π€ Create business opportunities via international platforms and industry exhibitions
π¦ Manage EU import/export processes and oversee full contract execution
π Implement company sales strategies and marketing plans with measurable results
π Communicate with customers, negotiate terms, and close business deals
π¬ Master the PEEK product lines and use the FABE method (Features, Advantages, Benefits, Evidence) to effectively promote solutions
π’ Contribute to overseas company registration, location selection, and India office setupβ Who You Are:
π Bachelorβs degree (International Trade, Marketing, Polymer Materials, Medical, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related)
πΌ 3β5 years of work experience in the orthopedics industry (required)
π± Experience using LinkedIn, Facebook, or industry exhibitions for business development
π Strong knowledge of international business development channels (online & offline)
π¦ Familiar with EU import/export processes and end-to-end contract management
π¬ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (mandatory)
π Strong product knowledge with ability to apply FABE methodology
π’ Prior experience setting up overseas companies (registration, location selection, etc.) is a strong plus
