CX & Digital ChannelsLocation: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IndiaIDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our CX & Digital Channels, ensuring the smooth functioning of our online banking services.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications for our CX & Digital Channels- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions- Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our systemsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Python development- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns- Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Knowledge of database systems and SQL- Experience with version control systems such as Git- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Good communication and interpersonal skillsAdditional Parameters:- Experience in banking or financial services industry is a plus- Knowledge of mobile application development is a plus- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plusIf you are a self-motivated and passionate Python Developer looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you!
