Our headquarters is in Hyderabad and we have over 40 locations across India.Role Description :- This is a full-time onsite role for a Senior Manager - Business Development. The role involves developing new business, planning and executing business strategies, negotiating contracts, managing accounts, and driving sales for Mikro Grafeio's workspace solutions and services.The key responsibilities includes :- Generate set revenue and help attain targeted Gross Margin- Generate Potential leads on clients and properties- Qualify leads, meet prospects and close the deals to increase revenue.- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers.- Develop & Maintain a healthy and strong relationship with intermediaries in the market- Search and obtain suitable spaces to add to our inventory- Ensure sales of existing inventories in the region.Qualifications :- At least 10 plus years of experience- Experience in new business development, sales, and account management- Ability to develop and execute business plans and strategies- Strong negotiation skills for contracts and partnerships- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets- Experience in the real estate, hospitality, or coworking industry is a plus- A degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (ref:updazz.com)
