Position:
As a Quality Manager at Asian Heart Institute, you will see the quality operations ensuring compliance with the statutory requirements, liaison with external and internal related to Quality Management System e.g. certification and accreditation bodies Your role includes coordinate with all the departmental heads for quality indicators and internal feedback, audit departments/function based on the policies and procedures laid down.The ideal candidate will have strong time-management skills and excellent communication skills, which enable him/her to work with various employees and leaders within the company. The Quality Manager reports on the progress and results of the QA program to the Management including need for improvement.Responsibilities:
  • Determine quality reporting formats and a schedule for reporting in collaboration with departmental heads.
  • Receive and analyze quality indicators trends and report from every department.
  • Receive reports of patient feedback from customer care.
  • Receive incident reports and assist in formulating action plan.
  • Identifying training needs and create awareness on quality assurance initiatives.
  • Provide support and feedback to departments for developing their departmental QA programs.
  • Organize and conduct internal audits with internal audit team.
Qualifications:
  • Post graduation in Management/ Administration (preferably Hospital)
  • MBA in Health care Management.
Skills:
  • Minimum 5-8 years experience in hospital operations.
  • Statistical knowledge and ability to analyze data.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • People oriented, flexible and adaptable.
  • Able to take initiative.
