ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis role is required to: Coordinate & Lead Technical discussions with IT Executives, IT SMEs, and End Users during (as appropriate): o Solution Defense & Business Case Presentationso Tool Capability and Enhancement Demoso Due Diligence, Planning & Designo Security Review, System Testingo UAT and Deploymento Post Deployment Hyper-Careo Value Realization & ROI discussions Take end to end technical accountability primarily for AI Chatbot products that gets deployed within the account assigned to. Secondarily, accountability might also be given on other HCL DWP(Digital Workplace) Tools in the catalog requiring deployment. Create and validate the solution design and technical architecture for AI Chatbot deployments for large enterprises Create the technical task lists, sequence them, and identify associated efforts Document any associated risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies in deployment Perform Ticketing Analysis to identify AI based automation and end user facing IT support use cases Drive value realization in terms of productivity savings, cost savings and increased shift left volumes of IT issue resolutions. Validate the overall timelines, key outcomes, and critical success factors during product deployment Develop and update artifacts for Security Compliance review processes and compliance Continue to review the ongoing deployment progress and ensure the compliance to program timelines Ensure the successful handover to operations / steady team post deployment hyper-care period Create custom dashboard, reports, and presentations for executive reviews Handle any technical escalations associated with deployed Technical Leads / SMEs in various projects Continue to enhance own learnings and skills to handle additional / new tools in the scope Mentor, train and coach new resource(s) in the team on ongoing basis. (1.) Reviews on the architecture and design deliverables and support as an SME (2.) To architect, design and develop (through Team) solution for productorproject and sustenance delivery (3.) To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements (4.) To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology (5.) To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (6.)
