- L2/L3 incident, service request, catalog request and problem ticket resolution in SAP Service, Install Base, and PS areas.
- Root‑cause analysis and coordination with technical teams for permanent fixes.
- Support creation of Install Base (IBase) structures, equipment relationships, and service relevance issues.
- Provide functional support for SAP Project Systems (PS) (WBS, networks, milestones).
- Execute or support regression testing for bug fixes, enhancements, and releases.
- Participate in on‑call support, hypercare, and planned maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively with business users to resolve issues and validate fixes
- Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
- SAP Project Systems and Customer Support - CS (Install Base)
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
