Description Role Purpose: Lead the implementation of global Sales Excellence products in the selected markets, assisting local IT and sales teams, embedded in their organization, and generate value Scope Work with markets to understand the business process and the problem Seen as an SME on the Functional area and the products/data science behind it Document and map the existing business processes Perform project management & deployment activities Act as Analytics translator for the business Working closely with the business on value realization, be the SME on the tool and data science behind Build confidence on the capability by providing various analyses around prediction accuracy and value opportunities generated by the system in a consumable manner Management & Functional Accountabilities Engagement management with the local IT and Sales teams Oversee the implementation of the products in the select markets Ensure processes and best practices are documented and shared across markets Ownership on the value delivery from the products implemented in the markets Coordination with various vendors and internal tech teams Skills & Experience Required Post Graduate from premier institutes such as ISB/IIMs/IITs 6-8 years' experience in a Sales Excellence/ Sales Analytics capability in a CPG/Retail organization or a large consultancy organization in front line roles Experience in preparing Business case and value stream mapping Demonstrated experience in Sales analytics, econometric models, consumer insights domain Hands on experience in all or some of below skills: Segmentation, Multivariate Linear/Log Linear Regression, Price and promotion analytics, Statistics and Econometric Modelling and Visual storytelling, Sales analysis and Recommendation Engines Familiar with Power BI and Azure Cloud environment Very strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills Demonstrated track record of implementing large Sales Transformation products in complex markets, dealt with multiple stake holders Over saw the value delivery of the products that can be demonstrated via some examples Equality At Reckitt, we recognise that in real life, great people don't always 'tick all the boxes'.
