- Experience in designing and hands-on development of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions in Azure.
- Expert level understanding on Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, and Azure App Service is required.
- Implement data storage and management strategies using Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL Database, and other Azure data services.
- Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to understand data requirements and implement solutions for data exploration, analysis, and visualization.
- Ensure data security and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation activities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and resolve data quality issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Azure data engineering.
- Experience in data engineering and working with Azure data services.
- Strong proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure SQL Database.
- Experience with data integration techniques and technologies, such as ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and data orchestration.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python.
- Familiarity with cloud data architecture principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack (SSRS/SSAS (Tabular with DAX & OLAP with MDX) SSIS) is a plus.
- Azure certifications (e.g., DP-200, DP-201, DP-203) are a plus.
