AI Strategist, AI-First Advisory2​Client Engagement & StrategyLead AI Advisory Engagements: Be part of 2-3 week rapid AI opportunity assessments at customer sites, managing a blended team of onshore and offshore experts.Identify & Prioritize Use Cases: Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and Jade’s internal Industry Business Units (IBUs) to uncover and validate high-impact AI use cases focused on productivity improvement, business process automation, and new revenue opportunities.Build Compelling Business Cases: Develop and present robust business cases to client executives. This includes creating detailed ROI models, strategic roadmaps, and clear justifications for AI investment.Act as a Trusted Advisor: Establish credibility with senior client leaders (VPs, CXOs) and become their go-to partner for AI strategy and innovation.Bridge Strategy to Execution: Work hand-in-hand with Jade’s technical Service Lines (e.g., Data & Analytics, Enterprise Applications) to translate the strategic vision into a concrete, actionable implementation proposal and Statement of Work (SOW).Practice Development & Go-to-Market EnablementDefine Service Offerings: Formalize and "productize" the AI-First Advisory offerings, creating standardized methodologies, deliverables, and engagement models.Develop Sales & Delivery Collateral: Build a reusable toolkit of assets, including client-facing pitch decks, proposal templates, case studies, and internal delivery frameworks to ensure consistency and quality.Enable the Sales Team: Act as the subject matter expert to train and enable the wider Jade Global sales organization on how to position and sell AI advisory services.Drive Thought Leadership: Partner with the marketing team to create compelling content such as white papers, webinars, and blog posts that showcase our expertise and build our market presence.Qualifications & ExperienceRequired:10+ years of experience in a client-facing role within management consulting, technology advisory, or strategic pre-sales.Proven track record of leading discovery workshops and short-term strategic assessment projects with enterprise clients.Deep Business Acumen: Strong experience in developing financial models, calculating ROI, and building persuasive, data-driven business cases.Strong Foundational AI Knowledge: A firm understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI applications (LLMs), and their practical use in business. You do not need to be a data scientist, but you must be able to lead a strategic conversation with authority.Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with demonstrable experience engaging with and influencing senior leadership.Leadership Skills: Experience leading small, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.Willingness to travel to client locations across the US. US visa would be a plusPreferred:MBA or an advanced degree in a relevant field.Experience in service offering development or go-to-market (GTM) strategy within an IT services or consulting firm.Experience in one or more of our key industries (e.g., Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services).Prior experience in a role focused on selling or delivering AI, data analytics, or automation solutions.Familiarity with major cloud AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, AWS).
