Roles & Responsibilities- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal accounts teams for seamless workflow execution.- Communicate effectively with field teams to ensure operational alignment.- Support payment collection follow-ups and maintain payment tracking reports.- Assist in scheduling and coordinating service review meetings with customers.- Monitor contract renewal timelines and assist in executing renewals with customers.- Travel across Maharashtra and Goa as required for on-ground coordination.
