The Financial Services team is part of the SMB & Financial Services organisation and is responsible for PayPal’s end-to-end product management for financial services products in the US as well as globally. PayPal is committed to help consumers get easily access, manage, grow their money with simple, personalized, and secure experiences.Our products suite include but not limited to Funds in products like Direct Deposit or Cash a Check, Money Management with balances in PayPal or Savings account and our debit cards for consumers & merchants across various countries we offer our products – positively impacting millions of consumers, everyday.Job Description:Your way to impact :-You will be responsible for strategically designing new features and connections for our global consumer financial services products impacting millions of consumers, every day.You’ll work with other product managers as well as engineering, design, marketing & other cross-functional stakeholders to build out and execute a product roadmap.You will investigate data around our existing products and review where the largest opportunities may be to grow and expand our target audiences, manage request intake and feature scoping, and participate in agile ceremonies to drive the execution and launch of new features.You will be the point person for your domain, balancing customer desires, business requirements, legal/compliance, growth, and monetization considerations.In your day-to-day, you will:Lead a cross-functional team in creating and launching innovative mobile-first experiencesUnderstand PayPal's strategic and competitive position in the market to develop a product strategy and roadmap for your domainAnalyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap featuresIdentify, design, experiment, and iterate on initiatives leveraging usability testing, data, and market researchDefine and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, market, and launch productUse A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision makingWhat do you need to bring-7+ years of consumer web or mobile product management experienceProven track record of delivering successful large-scale mobile productsComfortable using data and analytics to inform product hypotheses and decisionsAbility to lead cross-functional groups and drive action in high-growth environmentsDeep empathy and appreciation for consumer needsExperience designing simple and intuitive user interfacesStrong sense for visual design and detailExperience in Payments, Banking, or Consumer Financial Services is a plusAdditional Job Description:Subsidiary: PayPalTravel Percent: 0Our Benefits:
