Role Overview * Experience in Enterprise Monitoring, Event Management, Infrastructure Discovery, Automation, and Integrations
  • Expertise in Designing, Implementing, and Optimizing monitoring and Observability solutions.
  • Experience in ScienceLogic System Administration--ScienceLogic Components & Agent installation, Silo configuration, and Management.
  • Expertise in configuring ScienceLogic Dynamic Applications, Powerpacks, Business Services, Dashboards, and Reports.
  • Experience in integrating ScienceLogic with Powerflow and ServiceNow and their Maintenance
  • ScienceLogic EM7 API Integration wrt to the required Element managers/OEM products is a must
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure discovery through the ScienceLogic platform and onboarding infrastructure devices onto the SL platform.
  • Strong understanding of SNMP, MIBs, SSH, Shell, Python, and PowerShell/Winrm
  • Science Logic EM7 and understanding of Event Management process Manager of manager functionalities, Alarm Enrichment Service Impact creation, etc.
  • PowerPack Development experience and Python Scripting knowledge is an added advantage
  • Proven ability to coordinate with support teams to resolve issues and work with vendors on patches, fixes, and version upgrades.
  • The tool administrator plans, coordinates and implements the product upgrades and maintenance, troubleshoot tools related problems, and will be responsible for the overall tools infrastructure and the environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to collect, generate, or refine high-level requirements, create implementation strategies and develop test cases.
  • Global exposure in large environments. Very good Troubleshooting Analytical skills.
