- The content creator with focus on creating and delivery of Aftersales Parts training content to include eLearning and digital content creation.
- Will work directly for the Senior Manager, Aftersales Training Information and Content Development at the Digital Capability Center for Training content creation for the Aftersales Training organisation within Aftersales parts.
- The main tasks will be to create Training content using various creation tools such as Microsoft Powerpoint, Articulate, Storyline and any future tools the company may invests in for future development.
- Training Content development experience of 3 to 5 years
- Experience or qualifications in the use of elearning/digital learning creation tools e.g. Articulate
- Experience or previous knowledge of Learning Management systems e.g. SAP Success factors or other
- Formal technical training certification or equivalent experience
- Relevant experience in Ag equipment, Auto component, Auto OEM, experience of working across different cultures.
- Proficient Microsoft systems
