This role involves strategic planning, architecture design, integration, and governance of tools across the organization.Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the enterprise tool architecture roadmap.
Evaluate, select, and implement tools for ITSM, DevOps, monitoring, automation, and analytics.
Lead tool integration efforts across platforms (e.g., CheckMK, OpsRamp, Dynatrace, Splunk).
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into tool capabilities.
Ensure tools align with security, compliance, and performance standards.
Develop and enforce governance policies for tool usage and lifecycle management.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to tool administrators and engineers.
Monitor tool performance and usage, recommending optimizations and upgrades.
Manage vendor relationships and licensing agreements.

10+ years of experience in IT architecture, tool administration, or enterprise systems.
Deep understanding of ITSM, AIOps, DevOps, and cloud-native tools.
Experience with integration platforms and APIs (REST, SOAP).
Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
