Education qualification: Any GraduateKey responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of agency sales agents to achieve individual and collective sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and market penetration in alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, KPIs, and targets to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and sales tools to equip agents with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Need to handle 4 to 5 Districts.
  • Handling at least 5 Branch Managers, Sales Managers and Agents
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and analyses to assess individual and team performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Provide ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance the capabilities and competencies of the agency sales team.
Reporting: Reports to Channel Head. Area Manager and Branch Managers will Report to the Regional Manager.
