Roles and Responsibilities:

Build Custom UI tasks, build reports, schedule jobs to perform bulk activities.
Design and implement identity management workflows and provisioning processes.
Develop custom connectors and integration scenarios with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Configure and customize SAP IDM components (e.g., Identity Center, UI, provisioning framework).
Integrate SAP IDM with SAP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP GRC) and third-party applications.
Implement and maintain connectors for Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud services.
Automate user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role assignments.
Manage identity data synchronization across systems.
Monitor IDM system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and backups.
Identifying and resolving IDM system issues and performance bottlenecks
Work closely with business analysts, security teams, and application owners.
Participate in project planning, requirement gathering, and status reporting.
Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor¹s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related Field.
6-8 years of Years of exclusive experience in Developing SAP IDM solutions
Experience with Identity Center, Virtual Directory Server (VDS), and UI Configuration
Knowledge of SAP Provisioning Framework and task-based provisioning
JavaScript and Groovy (for IDM scripts and rules) & Java (for custom connectors or extensions)
SQL (for database queries and custom jobs)
Experience integrating with:

SAP Security

Designing access roles for the SAP S4H environments across multiple domain such as finance, supply, procurement, engineering etc.
Implement best practices in the area of Role build, testing and transport.
Define Role Transport strategy for a highly complex multi-tier environments with separate Sustain and Project Tier.
Propose security best practices for Solutions built on SAP BTP.
Review and share access controls, authentication protocols for 3rd party apps integrations.
Define SOD Risks and mitigation controls by collaborating with process experts, GRC Teams.
Provide input to GRC technical teams to update SoD risk matrix with new transaction codes/Fiori apps etc.
Review custom code, and propose the authorization check to ensure the Organization level controls can be implemented via roles.
