We help clients by :1) Ensuring their accounts comply with the requisite audit standards2) Providing a robust and clear perspective to audit committees and3) Providing critical information for stakeholders.Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) , IFRS & US GAAP conversion , IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc.Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory audit requirements and compliance with the Companies Act in India. Proficient in applying Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) to ensure accurate financial reporting. Experience in assessing and implementing Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) to enhance audit effectiveness. Strong analytical skills for reviewing financial statements and identifying areas of risk for audit clients. Ability to leverage general consulting skills to provide value-added insights and recommendations during audit engagements.

  • CA with 2+ years experience
