- Provide 24/7 support for server downtime, incidents, and requests related to SCCM infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, and Intune co-management/Autopilot.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of SCCM infrastructure including primary site servers, secondary site servers, distribution points, Cloud Management Gateway, and co-management integrations.
- Apply expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Configuration Manager and Intune).
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders and account-based teams to deliver on projects and initiatives.
- Perform complex troubleshooting across server-side and client-side issues, including Windows server/client and networking.
- Provide 3rd-level technical support, serving as the single point of escalation for all critical technical issues (Sev 1/2).
- Deliver configuration management services to account-focused and leveraged accounts.
- Ensure deep expertise in inventory management, software distribution, and patch management through Configuration Manager and Intune.
- Manage infrastructure using SCCM and co-management, with strong understanding of Windows 10 imaging technologies and various imaging engines.
- Develop and maintain custom deployment scripts (PowerShell, VBS, Batch) to enhance automation and efficiency.
- Manage and administer package servers, task servers, and related infrastructure concepts.
- Demonstrate resilience in troubleshooting by creating custom scripts to gather inventory and address client issues.
- Lead testing and release management of applications and patches through SCCM.
- Utilize the SCCM Client Management Suite across all levels.
- Generate custom SQL reports to support operational and management requirements.
- 10+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and practical work experience.
- Proven expertise in scripting technologies (PowerShell, Batch, VBS) and custom automation.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, domain management, and policy administration.
- In-depth understanding of configuration management principles and best practices, with ability to define, manage, and control configurations effectively.
- Advanced technical expertise in SCCM, Intune, and Azure integration.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, networking, and application deployment issues.
- Strong communication skills with ability to interface effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
