Job Title: Team Leader / Assistant Vice PresidentDepartment: Equity Advisory / Wealth Products SalesLocation: Andheri, MumbaiQualification: Graduate / PostgraduateExperience: Minimum 3 years in Broking or Wealth ManagementRole Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader / Assistant Vice President to lead a team of equity advisors/RMs and drive the sales of wealth products including Equity, F&O, Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, and more. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the broking or wealth management industry, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team to achieve business goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 5–10 Equity Advisors / Relationship Managers.Drive sales and achieve revenue targets across a diverse range of financial products:Equity, F&O, Currency, Commodity, Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, etc.Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients; leverage your existing network to drive business.Guide and support team members in client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling strategies.Ensure adherence to KYC, SEBI, and other regulatory norms across all advisory functions.Track performance metrics and take corrective actions to meet monthly and quarterly team targets.Deliver high-quality investment advice aligned with client profiles and market trends.Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless execution and service delivery.Candidate Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in a broking house or wealth management firm.Strong leadership skills with prior experience in managing and mentoring teams.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a passion for financial markets.Strong knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements.Demonstrated success in managing HNI relationships and achieving sales targets.
