A leading global consulting firm is looking for an experienced B2B sales leader with 14+ years of experience. You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performance sales engine across key verticals like Tech, CMFE, F&B, and Mobility. This is a quota-carrying role with complete ownership of revenue generation, team building, and global client acquisitionKey Responsibilities:- Own a $1.5M-$10M quota and close multimillion-dollar B2B deals globally.- Lead both new logo acquisition (hunting) and existing client growth (farming).- Start with a team of 1-3 and scale to 15-20.- Hire 50% of the team through your network.- Sales cycle ranges from 1 day to 3 months, depending on ticket size.- Use consultative sales methodology to drive engagement and growth.- Drive operational rigor and fix inefficiencies like low win-rates or poor account activation.
