- Data Migration & Integration:
- Collaborate with senior team members to assist in data migration projects involving SAP and other business systems.
- Support the integration of master data across multiple systems and ensure smooth data flow between SAP and other enterprise platforms.
- Test and validate data post-migration to ensure it aligns with business requirements.
- Data Analysis and reporting
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and validating data from various sources.
- Conduct data analysis using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Help design and automate reporting processes to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of reports to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving & Analysis:
- Help identify potential issues with data quality, integration, and business processes.
- Provide analytical support to troubleshoot system errors, data discrepancies, and other operational challenges.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support data quality assessments and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work with stakeholders from IT, business, to ensure alignment on data and system integration projects.
- Assist in presenting findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior management.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of SAP (MM, PP, etc) or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Ability to work through issues and suggest potential solutions to improve data quality or business processes.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
