Job Description :Position: Team Leader / Assistant Manager – Staffing / Recruitment (Blue Collar)Reports to: Manager / Senior Manager – Staffing OperationsTerritory: South India. (Mainly Karnataka & Tamilnadu).Industry: Blue Collar / General Staffing (Blue Collar)Salary Budget: CTC @40k to 45k.RequirementsJob Purpose:To lead end-to-end staffing operations for blue-collar roles, ensure smooth client delivery, manage recruiter teams, optimize sourcing channels, and maintain strong client relationships while achieving business targets.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions (e.g., Pickers, Packers, Loaders, Field Sales, Housekeeping, Security, etc.).Lead and guide a team of recruiters and field coordinators.Maintain strong client relationships and handle escalations.Coordinate with sourcing partners, job portals, and local vendors.Monitor daily hiring status and ensure fulfillment within SLA timelines.Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation and compliance.Manage bulk hiring drives and walk-ins at client sites.Analyze hiring data and implement process improvements.Coordinate with payroll, compliance, and operations teams.Ensure team adherence to company policies and ethical practices.TL should have exp in - Warehousing, Delivery Bikers, Gen Duty, Housekeeping, Security Guards, Sales ( Retail and Distributor )BenefitsSalary Budget: CTC @40k to 45k.Interested candidates can share cv - / 8961266244
