Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Black Belt Trainer with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Total Quality Management (TQM) methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, mentoring, and certifying team members from entry-level to Master Black Belt. They should possess extensive knowledge in continuous improvement processes and be adept at implementing 5S and other Kaizen practices in a BPO setting. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver a comprehensive training program on Lean Six Sigma, from Yellow Belt to Master Black Belt level. Facilitate Kaizen workshops and training sessions, ensuring thorough understanding and practical application of the principles. Conduct TQM and 5S training sessions, focusing on quality management and organizational efficiency. Assess and certify team members at various belt levels of Six Sigma. Mentor and coach employees throughout their Lean Six Sigma training and projects. Collaborate with different departments to identify process improvement opportunities and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Track and report on training progress, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in process excellence and training. Qualifications: Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with a proven track record as a trainer. At least 5 years of experience in training and mentoring in Lean Six Sigma within a BPO or similar environment. Strong understanding of Kaizen, TQM, and 5S methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Proven ability to lead workshops and engage participants. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.
