- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- 8-15 years of experience in international freight forwarding sales (Air & Ocean).
- Industry exposure to logistics, supply chain, 3PL/4PL, and cross-border trade.
- Proven ability to acquire and manage high-value international clients.
