Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, high-performance integration solutions in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments.
Strong background in E-commerce, API design, and microservices-based architectures.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and containerized workloads.
Adept at translating business objectives into technical strategies and measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and bias for action.
Recognized as a technical thought leader with credibility across engineering and business teams.
Hands-on experience in modernization from legacy to Microservices.
Ability to fully understand business goals and metrics, turn data into insights, and translate requirements into actionable analysis
Able to present and communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by excellent written and oral communication
Exhibit a strong work ethic and technical thought-leadership
Primary development skills of C#/.NET, MSSQL and different NoSql options
