- Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, high-performance integration solutions in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments.
- Strong background in E-commerce, API design, and microservices-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and containerized workloads.
- Adept at translating business objectives into technical strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and bias for action.
- Recognized as a technical thought leader with credibility across engineering and business teams.
- Hands-on experience in modernization from legacy to Microservices.
- Ability to fully understand business goals and metrics, turn data into insights, and translate requirements into actionable analysis
- Able to present and communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by excellent written and oral communication
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and technical thought-leadership
- Primary development skills of C#/.NET, MSSQL and different NoSql options
