This full-time, junior-level position requires expertise in online platforms, strategic planning, and executing successful e-commerce strategies. The ideal candidate will help expand our digital presence and drive sales growth through effective online management and collaboration with various stakeholders.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficiency in Shopify, including advanced customization and optimization techniques (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in Excel for data analysis and report generation to support business decisions (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central for managing product listings and optimizing supply chain processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in managing and expanding e-commerce business on Flipkart, ensuring product visibility and sales maximization.
  • Knowledge of quick commerce for understanding and implementing fast-paced online business models.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting data effectively to drive strategies and optimize e-commerce performance metrics.
  • Experience in stock planning, ensuring inventory levels are aligned with market demand and reducing overstock and shortages.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with different departments and understanding consumer needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, including product listings and promotional strategies.
  • Analyze sales patterns and consumer behavior to develop and implement effective online sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with product development and marketing teams to enhance product visibility and consumer engagement online.
  • Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce delivery times.
  • Monitor and report on e-commerce KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay abreast of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and the company's policies in all e-commerce activities.
