CTC Range: ₹4.00 – ₹5.00 LPAJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR & Admin Manager to oversee the complete spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, compliance, recruitment, payroll, and administrative management, preferably in the Pharma or manufacturing sector.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.Handle payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).Prepare and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.Organize training & development sessions and employee engagement activities.Conduct performance appraisals and maintain HR records.Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.Administration:Supervise facility management, office supplies, housekeeping, and security.Maintain and manage company assets, vendor coordination, and AMC contracts.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and safety regulations.Oversee transportation, travel bookings, canteen, and admin support services.Maintain administrative cost control and budgeting.Preferred Skills & Experience:Prior experience in the Pharma, Chemical, or Manufacturing sector (preferred).Strong knowledge of HRMS tools, MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).Familiarity with labor laws, factory rules, and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.Qualifications:Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / Business AdministrationMBA (HR) or relevant certification preferred
